This time I decided to base this picture on episode 29 "The Roaming Lake".
After the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai, Bulma forgot the plane capsule and Yamcha forgot to go to the gas station, causing them, Puar and Oolong to be stranded in the desert on their way home for the second time in eight months.
In order to cool down, they got Puar and Oolong to shapeshift into a fan and a parasol (something Oolong is not happy about) and stayed like this until a sandstorm blew them back to Papaya Island.
